Notice under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

This notice covers sales of the TellTable Paid Pass (the "Paid Pass").

Seller and operator

Seller: Gumroad, Inc. (USA). Gumroad sells the Paid Pass as our reseller and merchant of record (the seller), and handles payment, taxes, and receipts (Terms of Use section 4 item 5).
Operator: Orpheus, run by an individual living in Japan. Orpheus makes and provides TellTable. We give you the right to use Paid Pass features, through Gumroad, under our Terms of Use (section 4 item 6).

Name of the person responsible, address, and phone number

If you request them, we will send you an email with the name of the person responsible, the address, and the phone number without delay. To request them, email orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com with the subject "Request: Specified Commercial Transactions Act details".

We don't answer individual questions, such as how to use the App. We reply to refund requests, requests for the details above, requests about your personal information, and matters that Gumroad passes on to us (Terms of Use section 11).

Price

Pay what you want: minimum USD 5, suggested USD 8. The price is shown on Gumroad's purchase page.
Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout. Gumroad's purchase page shows the total you pay.
We may change the price or how it is set. If we do, Paid Passes already bought keep working with no extra charge (Terms of Use section 4 item 3).

Other costs

There is no shipping fee (the Paid Pass is delivered as data).
You pay your own internet connection charges, for example when you open the App or activate your license key.
Your card company or payment provider may charge fees, such as foreign transaction or currency conversion fees. The amount depends on your contract with them.

Pay on Gumroad's purchase page (https://orpheus87.gumroad.com/l/lkbnhx), using one of the methods shown there.

When payment is made

Gumroad charges you when you complete your purchase. When the money leaves your account depends on your card company or payment provider.

When you receive the Paid Pass

Right after you complete your purchase. Your license key is in the purchase email (receipt) from Gumroad. Enter the key in the App to turn on Paid Pass features.

What the Paid Pass includes

Features: staff answer buttons, question cards to show staff, up to 6 profiles, and the food label word list. Paid Pass features are made for Japan (Terms of Use section 4 items 1 and 4).
One-time purchase. There is no monthly fee, and the license key has no expiry date. This is not a promise that we will provide the App forever (Terms of Use section 4 item 2 and section 5).
You can activate the license key up to 3 times. We count activations, not devices. Entering the key in another browser, or in the App added to your Home Screen, on the same device also counts as one. There is no way to reset the count or to move the Paid Pass to another device (Terms of Use section 4 item 4).
There is no limited sales period.

Returns and refunds (cancellation)

The Paid Pass is delivered as data, so there are no returns of goods.
If you contact us at orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and your license key has never been activated (Gumroad's record shows 0 activations), we will refund you through Gumroad (Terms of Use section 4 item 8).
A license key that has been activated, even once, is not eligible for the refund above. However, we will refund you in the cases described below under "If the Paid Pass doesn't work as described".
If we announce that we will end the App or stop offering an app language, refunds under Terms of Use section 5 item 6 also apply, whether or not your license key has been activated.
Apart from these cases, we don't promise refunds. This does not limit any right you have under the law to a refund or to cancel the contract. Gumroad may also accept refund requests at its own discretion under its terms and policies.
The refund policy label shown on the Gumroad product page is one of the options provided by Gumroad. Our refund terms are as set out in this notice and in Terms of Use section 4 item 8 and section 5 item 6.
After a refund, you no longer have the right to use Paid Pass features, and the license key can no longer be activated.
How long it takes for the money to reach you depends on how you paid.

If the Paid Pass doesn't work as described

We try to fix errors we find. If Paid Pass features, in whole or in their main parts, don't work because of a problem on our side, even on a device that meets the system requirements below, and we can't fix it within 14 days of your request, we will refund you through Gumroad, whether or not the license key has been activated and however long ago you bought it (Terms of Use section 4 item 8). Our liability is set out in Terms of Use section 7.

System requirements

A smartphone, tablet, or computer with an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.
On iPhone, add TellTable to your Home Screen first, and enter your license key there.
You need an internet connection to buy the Paid Pass and to activate your license key. Once activated, you can use Paid Pass features on that device without an internet connection.
If you clear your browser's data, the profiles and the activation on that device may be lost. Activating again counts as 1 of your 3.
Tested on: Safari on iPhone and the app added to the Home Screen (iOS as of September 2026). Not yet tested on Android.

This notice is available in Japanese and English with the same content. If the two versions differ in meaning, the Japanese version prevails.

TellTable の有料パス（以下「有料パス」）の販売についての表記です。

販売者と運営者

販売者：Gumroad, Inc.（米国）。運営者の再販売者として、販売者（merchant of record）の立場で有料パスを販売し、代金の支払い、税、領収書を扱います（利用規約第4条5項）。
運営者：Orpheus（日本に住む個人が運営）。TellTable を作り、提供しています。有料パスの機能を使う権利は、利用規約に基づいて、運営者が Gumroad を通じて購入者に認めます（利用規約第4条6項）。

販売価格

好きな金額で払う方式です。最低5米ドル、目安8米ドルです。Gumroad の購入画面に表示します。
お住まいの国・地域によっては、購入時に税が足されます。お支払いの合計は、Gumroad の購入画面に表示されます。
運営者は、価格や価格の決め方を変えることがあります。変えた場合も、すでに購入された有料パスはそのまま使え、追加の料金はいただきません（利用規約第4条3項）。

商品代金のほかにかかるお金

送料はかかりません（データで提供します）。
本アプリを開くときや、ライセンスキーを有効にするときのインターネットの通信料は、購入者の負担です。
カード会社や支払いの会社によっては、海外での利用の手数料や、通貨の両替の手数料がかかることがあります。金額は、ご契約の会社によって違います。

支払いの方法

Gumroad の購入画面（https://orpheus87.gumroad.com/l/lkbnhx）で、そこに表示される方法でお支払いください。

支払いの時期

購入の手続きを終えたときに、Gumroad が決済します。口座から引き落とされる日は、カード会社や支払いの会社との契約によります。

提供の時期

購入の手続きを終えたあと、すぐに提供します。ライセンスキーは、Gumroad から届く購入のメール（領収書）に書かれています。本アプリにキーを入れて有効にすると、有料パスの機能を使えます。

有料パスの内容

機能：お店の方の答えのボタン、お店の方に見せる質問カード、6人分までのプロフィール、食品表示のチェック語リスト。有料パスの機能は日本向けです（利用規約第4条1項・4項）。
買い切りです。月額料金はなく、ライセンスキーに使用期限もありません。ただし、本アプリをいつまでも提供することを約束するものではありません（利用規約第4条2項・第5条）。
ライセンスキーを有効にできるのは3回までです。使う端末の台数ではなく、有効にした回数を数えます。同じ端末の別のブラウザや、ホーム画面に追加した本アプリで入れた場合も、1回と数えます。回数を戻す仕組みや、使う端末を入れ替える仕組みはありません（利用規約第4条4項）。
販売の期間の定めはありません。

返品・返金（申込みの撤回・解除）

有料パスはデータで提供するため、品物の返品はありません。
購入から14日以内に orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com へお申し出があり、ライセンスキーを一度も有効にしていない場合（Gumroad の記録で、有効にした回数が0回の場合）は、運営者は Gumroad を通じて返金します（利用規約第4条8項）。
一度でも有効にしたライセンスキーは、上の返金の対象になりません。ただし、下の「有料パスが説明のとおりに使えないとき」にあたる場合は返金します。
本アプリを終えること、またはある画面の言語の提供を止めることを知らせた場合は、ライセンスキーを有効にしたかどうかにかかわらず、利用規約第5条6項の返金もあります。
上の場合のほかは、運営者からの返金はお約束していません。ただし、法令で認められる、返金や契約の解除を求める権利を制限するものではありません。Gumroad も、Gumroad の規約や方針に従い、Gumroad の判断で返金を受け付けることがあります。
Gumroad の商品ページに出る返金の方針の表示（英語）は、Gumroad が用意した選択肢の言葉です。運営者からの返金の条件は、この表記と利用規約第4条8項・第5条6項のとおりです。
返金されると、有料パスの機能を使う権利はなくなり、そのライセンスキーでは有効にできなくなります。
返金されたお金が戻るまでの日数は、支払いの方法によって違います。

有料パスが説明のとおりに使えないとき

運営者は、見つけた誤りを直すよう努めます。運営者の側の不具合で、下の動作環境を満たす端末でも有料パスの機能の全部または主な部分が使えず、運営者がお申し出から14日以内に直せないときは、ライセンスキーを有効にしたかどうかや購入からの日数にかかわらず、Gumroad を通じて返金します（利用規約第4条8項）。運営者の責任の範囲は、利用規約第7条のとおりです。

動作環境

インターネットにつながるスマートフォン、タブレット、パソコンと、最新の版のブラウザが要ります。
iPhone では、先に TellTable をホーム画面に追加し、そちらでライセンスキーを入れてください。
購入と、ライセンスキーを有効にするときは、インターネットにつながっている必要があります。有効にしたあとは、その端末ではインターネットにつながっていなくても、有料パスの機能を使えます。
ブラウザのデータを消すと、その端末のプロフィールや、有効にした状態が消えることがあります。有効にし直すと、3回のうちの1回と数えます。
動作を確かめた環境：iPhone の Safari と、ホーム画面に追加したアプリ（2026年9月時点の iOS）。Android は、まだ確かめていません

この表記には日本語版と英語版があり、内容は同じです。意味が食い違う場合は、日本語版を優先します。
