TellTable Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Orpheus, which is run by an individual living in Japan ("we" or "us"), handles information in TellTable (the "App").

1. Summary

The foods you choose (food allergies, and foods you avoid for religious, vegetarian, or other reasons) and the names you add are saved only on your device. We don't receive them.
There are no accounts. We currently use no analytics, no ads, and no cookies.
Gumroad, the seller, handles Paid Pass payments. We don't receive your card number.

2. Information saved only on your device

Display language, names you add (optional), foods you choose and allergy level, diet style, lock status, the notice version you agreed to and when, the card view (one person or everyone), your Paid Pass license key and when you activated it, how many free tries of the staff answer buttons and question cards you have used, and whether an SOS emergency screen is open (which screen, whose card, and when it was opened, so the App can show the same screen again when you reopen it. This is deleted when you close the screen. Once 3 hours have passed since it was opened, it is no longer used and is deleted the next time you open or return to the App).
It is saved in your browser's storage (localStorage). We can't see or access it.
To delete it, delete people in the App, clear the site data in your browser, or remove the App from your home screen. Anyone who uses your device may see this information, so keep your device locked.

3. Information we receive and why

Paid Pass buyer information (name, email address, billing details and other information entered when buying, purchase date, amount and item, license key status): from Gumroad. We use it to provide the Paid Pass, handle questions and refunds, prevent misuse, send important notices (such as ending the App or changing the Terms), and keep accounting and tax records.
Messages you send us (email address, name if given, message): to reply and keep a record.
Feedback (type, message, and app info — language, screen and notice version; you can leave this out): to improve translations and ease of use, and to fix problems. We don't reply.
Access logs (IP address, browser type, date and time, pages viewed — if Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) makes them available to us): to fix problems and prevent unauthorized access.
We don't send marketing emails.
Please don't include health details, such as allergies, in your messages to us unless needed. If you do, we use them only to respond to that message.
Please don't include your name, contact details or health information in your feedback.

4. Information sent from your device

The App never sends the foods you choose or the names you add.

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): when you open or update the App — information normally sent when loading a web page, such as IP address, browser type, page, date and time (to deliver the App's files).
Gumroad, Inc. (USA): when you enter a license key — the key, our product ID at Gumroad, and information sent with any connection, such as IP address (to check that your Paid Pass is valid and turn it on for this device). When you buy, you enter your name, email address, payment details and other information on Gumroad's checkout page (to buy the Paid Pass). Gumroad's check result may include the buyer's email address and other details; the App does not save or show them.
Google LLC (USA, Google Forms): when you press "Go to the send page" in "Send feedback", the App opens Google's send page with your feedback type, message and app info (you can leave this out) in the page address. Information sent with any connection, such as IP address, is also sent. When you press the submit button on that page, your feedback is delivered to us (to deliver your feedback to us).

The "Call 119" button only opens your phone app. It sends nothing to us.

5. Sharing, protection and retention

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with others without your consent, except where the law allows or requires it.
Buyer information is stored in Gumroad's systems in the United States.
Messages you send us and feedback are stored in services of Google LLC (USA) (Gmail and Google Forms).
We protect our Gumroad and email accounts, for example with two-step verification, so that no one else can see the information.
We keep contact emails for 1 year after the matter is closed. We keep purchase records for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
We keep feedback for 1 year after we receive it.
Once contact emails and feedback are past these periods, we delete them together about once a year. We may delete some sooner if we no longer need them.
How long access logs are kept depends on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)'s rules.

6. Your requests

You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete the information we hold about you. Contact orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com. We will confirm your identity before acting.
You can also send complaints or questions about how we handle your information to the same address (orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com).
We don't hold the information saved only on your device. You can delete it yourself (see section 2).
For information that Gumroad handles, you can also contact Gumroad at support@gumroad.com.
If you live in the EU, the UK, or a similar region: our legal bases are performing the Paid Pass contract (buyer information), legal obligations (accounting records), and legitimate interests (answering messages, improving the App and fixing problems based on feedback, and preventing unauthorized access). Under the data protection laws where you live, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Buyer information is needed to buy the Paid Pass. Sending messages or feedback is up to you.

7. Other

If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before buying the Paid Pass.

We will post changes to this policy at https://telltable.orpheus-apps-help.workers.dev/ before they take effect. For important changes, such as receiving new kinds of information or sending information to new recipients, we will also tell you in the App. Before we start measuring visits or anything similar, we will update this policy.
If the Japanese and English versions differ in meaning, the Japanese version prevails.

TellTable プライバシーポリシー

Orpheus（日本在住の個人が運営。以下「運営者」）が、TellTable（以下「本アプリ」）で情報をどう扱うかを説明します。

1. まとめ

選んだ食材（食物アレルギーや、宗教・菜食などの理由で食べないもの）と、登録した人の名前は、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存します。運営者は受け取りません。
アカウントの登録はありません。現在、アクセス解析、広告、Cookie は使っていません。
有料パスの支払いは、販売者の Gumroad が扱います。運営者はカード番号を受け取りません。

2. 端末の中にだけ保存する情報

表示する言語、登録した人の名前（任意）、選んだ食材とアレルギーの程度、食事のスタイル、ロックの状態、同意した注意事項の版と日時、カードの表示の形（1人分か全員分か）、有料パスのライセンスキーと、有効にした日時、お店の方の答えのボタンと質問カードを無料で試した回数、SOS の緊急時の画面を開いている状態（どの画面か、どの人のカードか、開いた日時。アプリを開き直したときに同じ画面に戻すためのものです。画面を閉じたときに消します。開いてから3時間たったものは使わず、次にアプリを開いたときなどに消します）。
ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage）に置きます。運営者は見ることも取り出すこともできません。
消すときは、本アプリで人を削除するか、ブラウザのサイトデータを削除するか、ホーム画面から本アプリを削除してください。端末をほかの人が使うと見られることがあるので、端末のロックなどで管理してください。

3. 運営者が受け取る情報と、使う目的

有料パスの購入者の情報（名前、メールアドレス、請求先など購入のときに入力された情報、購入の日時・金額・内容、ライセンスキーの状態）：Gumroad から受け取ります。有料パスの提供、お問い合わせと返金への対応、不正利用の防止、重要なお知らせ（サービス終了や規約変更など）、会計・税務の記録に使います。
お問い合わせ（メールアドレス、名前（書かれた場合）、内容）：返信と、対応の記録に使います。
フィードバック（種類、本文、アプリの情報（言語・画面・注意事項の版。送る前に外せます））：訳や使い方の改善と、不具合への対応に使います。返信はしません。
アクセスの記録（IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、日時、見たページなど。Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）で運営者が見られる場合）：障害への対応と、不正アクセスの防止に使います。
宣伝のメールは送りません。
お問い合わせには、アレルギーなど健康に関することは、必要なとき以外は書かないでください。書かれた場合は、そのお問い合わせへの対応のためだけに使います。
フィードバックには、名前・連絡先・健康に関する情報を書かないでください。

4. 端末から外部に送られる情報

選んだ食材と、登録した人の名前は送りません。

Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）：本アプリを開く・更新するときに、IPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、見たページ、日時など、ページを読み込むときに通常送られる情報（本アプリのファイルを届けるため）。
Gumroad, Inc.（米国）：ライセンスキーを入力したときに、キー、Gumroad での本アプリの商品番号、IPアドレスなど通信に伴う情報（有料パスが有効か確かめて、この端末で使えるようにするため）。購入するときは、Gumroad のページで入力する名前、メールアドレス、支払いの情報など（有料パスを購入するため）。確認の結果に含まれる購入者のメールアドレスなどは、本アプリでは保存も表示もしません。
Google LLC（米国。Google フォーム）：「フィードバックを送る」で「送信用のページへ進む」を押したときに、フィードバックの種類、本文、アプリの情報（送る前に外せます）をページのアドレスに入れて、送信ページを開きます。IPアドレスなど通信に伴う情報も送られます。送信ページで送信ボタンを押すと、運営者に届きます（フィードバックを運営者に届けるため）。

「119番に電話」ボタンは端末の電話アプリを開くだけで、運営者には何も送りません。

5. 提供・管理・保存期間

運営者は、受け取った情報を売りません。法令に基づく場合など法律で認められる場合を除き、本人の同意なくほかの人に提供しません。
購入者の情報は、Gumroad のシステム（米国）に保管されます。
お問い合わせのメールとフィードバックは、Google LLC（米国）のサービス（Gmail・Google フォーム）で保管されます。
運営者は、Gumroad やメールのアカウントに2段階認証を設定するなど、運営者以外が情報を見られないようにします。
お問い合わせのメールは、対応が終わってから1年保管します。購入の記録は、会計・税務のために法令で必要な期間、保管します。
フィードバックは、受け取ってから1年保管します。
お問い合わせのメールとフィードバックは、この期間を過ぎたものを、年に1回程度まとめて削除します。期間の途中で要らなくなったものを、先に削除することもあります。
アクセスの記録を残す期間は、Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）の定めによります。

6. ご本人からの請求

運営者が持っているご本人の情報について、開示、訂正、利用の停止、削除などを求めることができます。orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com にご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確かめてから対応します。
情報の扱いについての苦情やご相談も、同じ連絡先（orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com）で受け付けます。
端末の中にだけある情報は、運営者は持っていません。第2項の方法で、ご自身で削除できます。
Gumroad が扱う情報については、Gumroad（support@gumroad.com）にも求めることができます。
EU・英国などにお住まいの方へ：運営者が情報を扱う根拠は、有料パスの契約を果たすこと（購入者の情報）、法令上の義務（会計の記録）、正当な利益（お問い合わせへの対応、フィードバックによる改善と不具合への対応、不正アクセスの防止）です。お住まいの地域のデータ保護の法律に基づき、アクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限、異議、データポータビリティを求める権利と、お住まいの国の監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利があります。購入者の情報は、有料パスを買うために必要です。お問い合わせとフィードバックを送るかどうかは自由です。

7. そのほか

18歳未満の方が有料パスを買うときは、保護者の同意を得てください。
運営者：Orpheus（日本在住の個人）。連絡先：orpheus.apps.help@gmail.com。運営者の氏名・住所・電話番号は、ご本人から求めがあれば、遅滞なくメールでお知らせします。
このポリシーを変えるときは、効力発生日より前に https://telltable.orpheus-apps-help.workers.dev/ に掲載します。受け取る情報や送信先が増えるなどの重要な変更は、本アプリの中でもお知らせします。訪問数の計測などを始める場合は、始める前にこのポリシーを変えます。
日本語版と英語版の意味が食い違う場合は、日本語版を優先します。
